Andy Warhol: The influential pop artist
Andy Warhol is an artist who became a leader in 1960's pop art movements. He painted most of his works, which are my personal favorite. But in addition to paintings he also enjoyed working with performance art, filmmaking, writing, and fine art. His career began when he moved to New York and got a job working for a magazine. He has become one of the most famous and influential artists of all time.
Personally I was drawn to his artwork because I like how he was the first to really start pop art. I also really love his works. When you really think about how much he influenced artworks today and alot of the style it's crazy. He really helped to change what we think of as art.
