Amar Stewart: A different view on iconic Rappers
Amar Stewart is an artist who spends enjoys painting pictures of legendary rappers as if they were royalty from the 17th century. He has been an artist for over eight years. Although some of Stewarts most famous works are in oil paints, he still enjoys many other types of art. He also likes using spray paints. Because he can paint deatailed oil works as well as spray paint this helps to create Stewart's unique style that makes his paintings his.

I personally was drawn to his work because I found his style different from typical oil paintings and I really like that. I love how he considered rappers as if they are royalty and wanted to portray them as just that in his work. He perfectly depicts each rapper, so its clear to who they are they just appear as we don't imagine people to in today's time, which makes this all that more intersting. There is a continuing series of these paintings.
